Concrete Field Certification Course
Prior to registering for this course, please review
PennDOT Publication 536 to review the requirements.
Initial Certification Applicant Requirements:
- Current PennDOT Certified Field
Technician-in-Training status OR completed two (2) construction seasons
working in concrete field or plant operations
- Current ACI certification BEFORE
applying and must include the ACI# on the application. After completing
your application, please email a copy of your ACI certification to superpave@psu.edu
This course is a one-day online Microsoft TEAMS Webinar with an exam at the end.
REQUIRED: A standard desktop, laptop computer, iPad or Tablet with a webcam and consistent internet access of at least 3.0 Mbps will be required on the day of the course. Phones are NOT recommended and MAY cause difficulty completing the exam.
To Pass This Course, the Participant Must:
- Attend course. NOTE: Participants who are not
successfully logged into the course by 9:00AM will not receive credit for
this course.
- Watch the ACI video.
- Complete at least 75% of the end of chapter review questions.
- Score 75% or better on the exam.
Upon
successful completion, this certification is valid for five (5) years from the
exam date until April 30 of the corresponding year.
Only one course number can be selected in each order.
