To complete your application, a copy of your completed PennDOT Sign-Off Sheet (signed by your local PennDOT MNN/DME) must be emailed to superpave@psu.edu. Please include the applicant's name in the subject line.
Applicants should allow 3-5 weeks to receive a certification card.
Verification to Employer: It is the technician's responsibility to provide a copy of the certification card to the employer.
Only one course number can be selected in each order.
