Final Report |
Final Report This final report contains the discussion of results of analyses or alternative systems to the Charles E. Smith Center. Combined Heat and Power (CHP): Was examined to replace the existing boilers currently in place and reduce the electrical dependency. Energy Recovery Wheel: Was examined replace the current AHU’s on the second and third floors due to the high outside air content in theses spaces. As a result of the CHP analysis, an examination into the Electrical Distribution of the Smith Center was explored.
