Engineering Leadership Development Unlimited
Become part of the first Penn State organization modeled after successful Fortune 500 companies. ELDU is arranged into five cross functional departments and led by an organization president and five departmental vice presidents. The organization is structured to give individual students an opportunity to develop his or her personal skills as a leader. You will work hand-in-hand with students, faculty, and corporations interested in developing leadership as a integral part of the Penn State engineer.
This student run organization supports the Engineering Leadership Development Minor (ELDM), and promotes bonding of all engineering majors through participation in meetings, seminars, & conferences. Not only does this afford engineering students an incredible networking opportunity with Penn State alumni and corporate contacts, but students broaden their perspective through social and charitable activities. Helping others locally and globally is a natural outcome of the leadership development process.
