Branden J. Ellenberger

Pennsylvania State University, Architectural Engineering, Structural Option

After Graduating from Council Rock High School in 1998, Branden was accepted into the College of Engineering at The Pennsylvania State University, Abington Campus. There, he completed 3 semesters of study, enabling him to transfer to the Pennsylvania State, University Park Campus where he is currently in his 11th semester of study in Architectural Engineering, structural option. Being well educated in all aspects of design and construction is something Branden strives for.  He has continually shown his diversity in his broad range of work experience starting with the Omnia Group, an architecture firm in 2001, where he has the opportunity to familiarize himself with residential construction and AutoCAD.  The following summer Branden interned with Bovis Lend Lease, a nation-wide construction management firm, where his theoretical knowledge of building construction was confirmed on a daily basis.  This past summer, starting in May of 2003, Branden worked in New York, NY with Gilsanz Murray Steficek, a structural engineering firm, where he most importantly got hands on experience with structural design and fieldwork.   Upon intended graduation in May of 2004, he will receive an ABET accredited Bachelors of Architectural Engineering degree.  Branden plans on obtaining a full-time structural design position where he can further his understanding of building structures and work towards the completion of his Professional Engineering License.
