FINAL REPORT

The final report is the culmination of a year-long study of the office/retail building renovation project located in Washington, D.C.. It explores the areas of urban development, as well as the potential for the owner to increase the performance and value of the buiding by implementing a green roof system and improving the thermal performance of the building envelope. These analyses were conducted by weighing the cost, schedule, and constructability impacts of the proposed changes. The links below allow for the viewing of the executive summary or the full report in its entirety.
