Aubert Ndjolba is an international student from Chad studying Architectural Engineering at Penn State University. Upon graduation in May 2012, he will receive a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University with a focus on structures. For him, "The doorstep to the temple of wisdom is a knowledge of our own ignorance," as stated by Benjamin Franklin.

During his five years at Penn State, Aubert has had a couple of internships with different companies. His most recent internship was this past summer with HAAS Building Solutions, where He had worked closely with a structural engineer and an architect on residential projects. He had performed various tasks on the job that had broadened his horizons and helped prepare him better for the future. Post-graduation, he hopes to further his knowledge in graduate schools.

Outside of academics, Aubert is involved in two organizations and clubs. He is a member of the Student Society of Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (S:PACE), the Student Society of Architectural Engineers (SSAE), and the Penn State Taekwondo Club. His other hobby include playing intermural soccer on weekends. Besides from his classes and organizations involvement, he also maintains a student job with the Penn State Auxiliary Police, where he is given various responsibilities such as traffic control and security for numerous events on campus.
