This report details the procedures and results associated with design changes made to the Envirocenter Phase II, a building in Jessup, MD. Changes to the mechanical system were moving from a mixing ventilation/VAV system to a displacement ventilation + chilled ceiling approach. Additionally, changes to the structure were considered to accommodate changing loads as well as a look at how these proposed changes would impact the architecture of the building. |
