September 23, 2011:

This assigments is to illustrate and provide a comprehensive background about the Sterling and
Francine Clark Art Institute through analyses of schedules, different types of estimates,
investigations, and evaluations.

Technical Assignment 2

 

October 19, 2011:

The second technical report is to give a more in depth approach to the some of the information
and systems developed in the previous technical report.

Technical Assignment 3

 

November 16, 2011:

The THIRD technical report provides an analysis of the Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute in several different aspects. Contacting the Turner owner representative, various issues were analyzed which involves constructability issues, schedule acceleration scenarios, and value engineering topics.
