In the Go-No-Go Presentation, we discussed our progress through the spring semester. We shared areas where we weren’t as far as we wanted and showed how much we had accomplished thus far.
In the Proposal Presentation, we shared our plans to redesign the main roof, the façade, the community rink roof, and create a mechanical loft.
In the design development presentation, we further analyzed systems through the use of computer software and narrowed down design ideas.
In the schematic design presentation, we narrowed down our focus to cable supported structures, compared light fixtures, compared mechanical systems, and discussed longspan structure.
In the research phase of the project, we focused on learning a little bit more about the design and construction of a long span ice arena.
