Adam De Luca is currently attending The Pennsylvania State University studying to become an architectural engineer with an emphasis in construction management. In May 2009, he will receive his Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree after five years of studying. Mr. De Luca has been a member of the Student Chapter of the Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence (S:PACE) for three years. S:PACE has give Adam an opportunity to network with companies in the construction field and enhance his general knowledge on the subject.

In the summers of 2007 and 2008, Adam has interned with Holder Construction Company. In 2007, he spent the summer in Atlanta, Georgia, where Holder is headquartered working as a field coordinator on a 42 story hotel called The Mansion on Peachtree. In 2008, he worked in Ashburn, Virginia, near one of Holder's branch offices on a 350,000 square foot data center named OCX Commonwealth Center as an office engineer. Each internship allowed Adam De Luca to obtain an overall picture of the construction process in terms of in the office as well as in the field.

Adam plans to start his career in the Pennyslvania area, where his family currently resides, for a construction management firm as a project engineer.
