Course Reflection:
The AEI Team thesis project was a very successful and worthwhile experience. By creating teams of different disciplines, it was beneficial to be able to see firsthand how your own decisions affected other team members. While construction managers are concerned with schedule, quality, cost, and safety, it was interesting to go back and forth between group members to come to the best possible result. Building information modeling was also a large part of the team's collaboration. Being able to learn and use BIM programs was very beneficial and the AEI competition project allowed the team to use those programs in a realistic setting.

CPEP Reflection:
The AEI teams were not able to update websites throughout the semesters, as the project being worked on was a national competition, but being able to now post the team's results and reports is beneficial. Using CPEP, team members will be able to further explain to prospective employers exactly what the project was as well as further exemplify the work put into the competition.
