Technical Assignment One: ASHRAE Standard 62.1 Ventilation Report Full Technical Assignment One Download (PDF) Technical Assignment One Executive Summary Download (PDF) Technical Assignment One is an analysis on Building A of the Xanadu Meadowlands Sports Complex ventilation requirements. ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2007 was used to determine the required amount of ventilation needed. The results from Standard 62.1 were compared to the actual amounts of outdoor air being supplied and checked for compliance with the standard. Technical Assignment Two: Building and Plant Energy Analysis Report Full Technical Assignment Two Download (PDF) Technical Assignment Two Executive Summary Download (PDF) Technical Assignment 2 is an energy analysis of Building A of the Xanadu Meadowlands Sports Complex. ASHRAE Standard 90.1 - 2004 was used to identify minimum requirements for the building envelope, HVAC systems, and lighting and power systems. Along with Standard 90.1, a LEED-NC rating system analysis was performed to identify whether or not the building could obtain enough crredits to gain LEED certification. This report also includes results from a simulation reporting annual cost and energy consumption data for operating Building A. Technical Assignment Three: Mechanical Systems Exisiting Conditions Report Full Technical Assignment Three Download (PDF) Technical Assignment Three Executive Summary Download (PDF) Technical Assignment 3 is a detailed analysis and break down of Xanadu Sports Complex retail and indoor ski resort mechanical systems. All mechanical equipment and the control logic behind them are described and system schematics and flow diagrams help illustrate the processes. Summaries of the ventilation load and annual energy consumption found from past technical reports are also stated in the report.
