Thesis Research
High Concrete Inc- This was a great place to find different types of precast facade products. They have many different options and are very helpful with questions.
Altus Group Precast- This is the precast facade that I chose. There is a lot of good information and pamphlets about this particular precast facade.
Greening Americas Schools: Costs and Benefits- This book is a good source of information on green schools and their advantages. It gives several statistics and goes over lots of case studies.
Lithonia- This is a lighting company that was very useful to find luminaires for my gymnasium redesign. It has a ton of information and lots of .ies files.
1997 ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals- This book was used to get the average temperatures and is useful for mechanical breadths.
Dallastown Area School Board Members- an online survey was given to them and some of them were very helpful in giving me information about their new project and their knowledge on green schools.
RS Means 2008- These books help out a lot when it comes to estimating the costs of new systems.
