Wesley Lawson is a fifth year student in Architectural Engineering with an emphasis in building mechanical systems.  His Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree will be completed in Spring of 2008.  Wes is expecting to begin full time work as a Mechanical Engineer shortly after.

Wes grew up in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, just outside of the Philadelphia area.  He spent his high school years preparing himself academically by taking all of the engineering and mechanical drawing classes offered.  He also spent his entire young life playing baseball, football, basketball, soccer, and rugby competitively.

Wes already has a large amount of professional experience in the engineering industry.  The first two summers during college, he worked as a Sales Engineer Intern at Tozour-Trane in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.  The third summer Wes worked as a Mechanical Engineer for PWI Engineering in center city Philadelphia.  Wes finished his internship opportunities by spend last summer working of AKF Engineers, in the Philadelphia branch.

Since arriving at Penn State, Wes has committed the majority of his time and efforts to the Architectural Engineering program.  He also joined the Delta Chi Fraternity and held many leadership roles.  Some of these roles consisted of Treasurer, philanthropy chair, House Manager, as well as serving as the captain of many intramural sports.
