The Final Report is an redesign assessment of The New Learning Center on the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia campus. This is an analysis of the existing building systems compared with two new Geothermal Heat Pump systems. The integration of the electrical system as well as construction management issues are also analyzed.
