Technical Assignment 1

The following technical report is an in depth analysis of the existing conditions for the Mid-Atlantic Data Center project.  Numerous construction management topics discussed include the project schedule, building systems, project costs, existing conditions site plan, local conditions, client information, project delivery method, and construction team staffing plan.

Technical Assignment 2

The following technical report is an in depth schedule and cost analysis for the Mid-Atlantic Data Center project. Topics discussed include the project schedule, site logistics, structural estimate, and general conditions estimate. Further, at the conclusion of the report there is a snyopsis of the PACE Roundtable event in which industry members and students interacted to discuss current critical industry issues.

Technical Assignment 3

The following technical report is an investigation into alternative construction and design methods for the Mid-Atlantic Data Center project.  Constructability challenges, schedule acceleration scenarios, and value engineering topics are further analyzed throughout the report.
