Reflection

AE 481W/482 Course Reflection

The year long AE senior thesis, which I have completed successfully, has been the most challenging, but most valuble aspect of the Architectural Engineering program. The thesis has tied the previous 4 years of coursework together into a single project, which effectively mocks real word engineering. Because I was forced to bring all of my engineering knowledge together and work with faculity and professionals to successfully complete the project, I am confident that I am much more suited for a career in structural engineering.

CPEP & Discussion Board Reflection

The CPEP website is an efficient way of making the thesis project information readily available for students, teachers and professionals which allows for quicker and easier feedback about each project. Because the thesis project is a constant learning process, it was very helpful in the sense that past projects are available to observe and learn from.
