Technical Assignment One is intended to present the existing conditions and parameters that influenced the design and construction of Westinghouse Building 4. Topics such as project schedule, building systems, cost evaluation, existing/local conditions, client information, project delivery system and staffing plans are included in the report

Technical Assignment Two is intended to analyze the key features that influence the project execution of Westinghouse Building 4. Topics such as project schedule, site layout planning, detailed structural estimating, general conditions and critical industry issues are included in the report.

Technical Assignment Three is intended to analyze constructability issues, schedule acceleration techniques, and value engineering methods that were used on the Westinghouse Building 4 project.  This analysis will be used to put together a proposal and formulate methods of improving the project.
