Technical Report I describes the structural concepts and existing structural conditions of the ASHA National Office building. This report includes a detailed description of the structural systems, wind and seismic calculations, and spot checks of structural members for gravity loads. Technical Report III analyzes the existing structural lateral system of the ASHA National Office building. This report includes checks of drift, torsion and overturning.
