The purpose of this report is to perform load and energy estimates using a computer based method. Trane Trace software was used to estimate the design load, annual energy consumption and operating costs of the project building.

Mechanical Systems Existing Conditions Evaluation

The purpose of this report is to provide a clear and concise summary of the building's mechanical system. In addition, the report considered the merits of the system as a response to the requirements of the building program.
