Technical Report 1

The first technical report outlines the existing conditions, including the structural systems and components, as well as basic lateral load calculations and spot checks of gravity members.

Technical Report 2

The second techincal report is a pro-con study of alternate floor systems. The feasability of the existing two way flat plate slab, one way pan joist, banded beam, and composite steel systems are evaluated.

The third technical report analyzes the existing lateral system design. The lateral system is examined for both strength and serviceability.
