Technical Report 1
Techinical Report 1 is intended to familiarize the reader with the conditions under which the building is constructed and the scope of work. The backgroud will provide the reader with the opportunities and constraints that affect the design and construction process.
Technical Report 2 is intended to analyze the key features of the project that affect project execution of the Inova Fairfax Hospital South Patient Tower, which includes the detailed schedule, detailed structural estimate, general condition cost estimate,LEED and BIM use of the building.
In Technical Report 3, area of the project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression will be investiated. These will form the basis for the final thesis proposal.
