Silverado Senior Living was analyzed over the duration Fall 2013 to Spring 2014. These evaluations identified potential opportunities to improve the cost, schedule, safety, performance, and quality through alternative methods of construction. Combined with idividual research, the project team for Hunzinger Construction Co. and other independent firms helped to develop the conclusions for each analysis are outlined in the report below. The objective of AE senior thesis was to evalutate the project lifecycle of Silverado for educational puposes, and is in no way a comment on the project team or other involved parties. |
