Final Report This final thesis report is for the Environmental Studies Lab: Expansion. This report includes four analyses and two breadths. The analyses are as follows: Alternate delivery method, Short Interval Production Schedule, a Façade study, and Building Information Modeling implementation. Both the architectural breadth and the mechanical breadth correspond to the façade study. The intent for this entire thesis was to reduce the project schedule.
