Technical Assignments

 

technical assignment 1: Existing Conditions

Technical assisnment 1 introduces detailed infromation on Shaare Tefila
Congregation, including: project schedule summary, building systems summary,
project cost evaluation, site plan of existing conditions, local conditions, client
information, project delivery system, and staffing plan. The purpose of this report
is to become more familiar with the thesis building.

technical assignment 2: Cost and Methods Analysis

Technical assignment 2 develops on the items in tech assignment 1, but to fuller
detail. This report includes: a detailed project schedule, site layout plan, assemblies
estimate, detailed structural systems estimate, and general conditions estimate.


technical assignment 3: Alternative Methods and Research

Technical assignment 3 introduces research topics to be investigated for the final
presentation in the spring. This report includes: critical industry issues, critical
issues research method, problem identification, technical analysis methods and a
weight matrix
