This technical assignment is closely related to the building statistics assignment, and is inteneded for bring about a general familiarity with the conditions of the project and the associated scope of work.

Tech II - Cost and Methods Analysis

This report takes a deeper look into some of the key aspects of the building. It includes a detailed project schedule, site plan, and cost estimates associated with the concrete superstructure, building envelope, and general project conditions.

Tech III - Alternative Methods and Research

This section of the capstone project forms a basis for the final thesis proposal by beginning to identify areas of the project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression.
