Note: While great efforts have been taken to provide accurate and complete information on the pages of CPEP, please be aware that the infromation contained herewith is considered a work-in-progress for this thesis project. Modifications and changes related to the original building designs and construction mehtodologies for this senior thesis project are solely the interepretation of Dan Hanley. Changes and discrepancies in no way imply that the original design contained errors or was flawed. Differing assumptions, code references, requirements, and methodologies have been incorporated into this thesis project; therefore, investigation results may vary from the original design.

Thesis Reflection

The senior thesis project is a valuable tool that the Architectural Engineering Department uses to teach students how to integrate different building systems. Doing this project made me realize the importance of good; communication, analytical skills, and problem solving skills. Also, by allowing each student to work as individual the department gives the students the freedom to research systems that interest them. That freedom let me research several systems, which allowed me to gain experience finding information on different systems that would help me in the professional world.

CPEP Reflection

The CPEP websites were designed to allow faculty and professionals to review students work. This is a valuable tool to current students who use it to review their predecessors work so as to learn from them.
