construction manager.

This technical assignment analyzes many key aspects of the Phase 2 New Building Project's Execution. This includes a detailed project schedule, site layout planning, detailed structural systems estimate, a general conditions estimate, and current critical industry issues.
Technical Assignment 3 -
This technical assignment allows identification of areas within the Phase 2 New Building Project that are good candidates for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression. These will form the basis of the final thesis proposal.
