Overall, AE Senior Thesis has been a challenging and time consuming journey but in the end it was also a rewarding one. I believe it has helped prepare me for my future career as a lighting designer by balancing the aspects of independence and critique, creative and technical as well as practicality and innovation. The research and design knowledge I have obtained from this experience will directly apply to my future endeavors within the industry.

Posting all of our work onto the Captstone Porject ePortfolio website was a great way to organize and share my progress with not only professors but family, friends and potential employers. Having the opportunity to reference previous projects was incredibly helpful in determining what the AE professors expected from us in this course.
