The College of Engineering Administrative Fellows Program is competitive, and a screening committee will recommend candidates to the Dean. Serving on the Committee are the Associate Dean for Administration and Planning, two Department Heads, the Human Resources Representative, two previous Administrative Fellows to be selected by the Dean, and one Dean's Office selection.
