Katie Sennett is currently in her fifth year at The Pennsylvania State University in the Architectural Engineering Program. Upon graduation in December 2008, Katie will have recieved a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering (B.A.E) degree with an emphasis in Construction Management. Katie has interned two summers with the Whiting Turner Contracting Company located in Towson, Maryland. She has gained onsite construction experience and has learned how to work with subcontractors and potential bidders. She is greatiful to have worked on two diferent projects. The first was a Catholic Church down in Clarksville, Maryland and the second project was the Kennedy Krieger Institute Outpatient medical Center, which she is currently using as her Senior Thesis. Katie has also served as a teaching assistant for Professor Paul Bowers for the past 3 semesters in AE 221-Building Construction Materials. She had gained experience in public speaking by teaching class from time to time. She enjoys meeting the newest generation of AE students and being someone they can look up to for help and advice. When Katie is not working or at school, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing tennis, reading, cooking/baking, and travel. Click here to review Katie Sennett's Resume. |
