Technical Assignments

Technical Assignment #1

Technical Assignment #1 is an overview of the Outpatient Medical Center Construction Management. In the report consists of the cost break down of the main build systems, a compressed schedule of the critcial construction items, and much more about the location, owner, and overall project.

 

Technical Assignment #2

Technical Assignment #2 is a cost and method analysis of construction costs and scheduling. A detailed project schedule is use to show majors item in scheduling that could make or break the project. Structural and assemblies estimates show the breakdowns of those individual systems and why they cost what they do. General conditions includes items that the contractor will need and use during that time of the construction. To see all this and more please go to Tech #2.

 

Technical Assignment #3

Technical Assignment #3 is about altnernative methods and research. It discusses ideas for improving Cost, cunstrutability, and schedule reduction and acceleration. Tech #3 also includes information that was gathered and the PACE Roundtable meeting that was held on Oct. 24, 2007 and the Nittany Lion Inn.
