Thesis Abstract

 


Milestone Building #4 is a 6 story core and shell building located in Germantown, MD. This new construction is the second of three phases, third of five buildings on a 55 acre site. With its glass entrance doors, aluminum frame window system and decorative brick façade, Milestone Building #4 matches the buildings constructed in phase one. Upon completition in late October 2008, Milestone Building #4 hopes to achieve Silver Certification as a LEED building.
