Technical Assignment 1 addresses with the construction project management issues for the Baltimore Washington Medical Center- Women’s Center and Inpatient Tower. The assignment includes a project summary schedule, a building systems summary, a project cost evaluation, a site plan showing the existing conditions of the site, the local conditions for the area, a description of the owner, the project delivery schedule, and the staffing plan for the project. Each of the areas listed above were analyzed to gain a better understanding of the management for this project. |

The assignment includes a detailed project schedule, a site layout plan for the superstructure phase , an exterior facade assemblies estimate, a detailed structural systems estimate, and a general conditions estimate. Each of the areas listed above were analyzed to gain a better understanding of the costs and methods associated with the construction process for this project. |
