The presentation was a 13 minute presentation of the two-semester thesis project with its primary focus on the second semester's prototype structural design of Ingleside at King Farm for Los Angeles, CA.  The presentation includes an overview of the exiting design, design goals, criteria, and the design of a structural steel system to resist seismicity in the west coast of the U.S.  It also includes the implementation of green design and façade redesign for the climate conditions of Los Angeles.
