TECH REPORT III IS AN ANALYSIS OF THE LATERAL RESISTANCE SYSTEM DESIGNED FOR BUILDING II. IT GIVES AN INDEPTH DESCRIPTION OF THE LATERAL SYSTEM LAYOUT, DESCRIBES THE LOAD PATH, DETERMINES THE RELATIVE STIFFNESS OF THE LATERAL MEMBERS AND ANALYZES THE TORSIONAL EFFECTS.
