Technical Assignment 1: Structural Concepts & Existing Conditions Report

This report studies the existing structural conditions of the Clarendon Center - South Block. Included in this report are wind, seismic, and gravity analyses, along with prevalent codes and a detailed description of the structural systems.

Technical Assignment 2: Alternative Floor Framing Systems Report

This report examines 3 alternative floor framing systems for use in the Clarendon Center - South Block. Potential systems were designed and compared to the existing for their feasibility, based on factors such as cost, constructability, floor depth, and weight.

Technical Assignment 3: Lateral System Analysis

This report examines the lateral system of the Clarendon Center - South Block. The analysis includes a detailed 2-D STAAD investigation of the 23 concrete moment frames and 6 shear walls.
