Brian is currently a 5th year student in the Architectural Engineering program at the Pennsylvania State University and has chosen to concentrate in the study of HVAC systems for buildings. Upon graduation in May, 2012, Brian will earn an Integrated Bachelor of Architectural Engineering/Master of Architectural Engineering degree, as well as gaining EIT status.

Over the past two summers Brian interned for Bard, Rao + Athanas Consulting Engineers in Watertown, MA. His experience included layout, design, and drafting of complex BIM healthcare projects. Brian participated in energy modeling for several large projects including the two and a half million square foot VA Replacement Hospital in New Orleans, LA. During the summer of 2009 Brian spent a summer abroad in Rome, Italy to study architecture. The two summers prior, Brian worked for Bravante Automatic Sprinkler Corp. in Boonton, NJ. There he worked extensively with AutoCAD drafting of advanced fire protection design.

Outside of academics, Brian has been involved in the many Penn State Intramural sports leagues including a residence hall soccer championship. Brian has also taken full advantage of the Penn State golf courses and racquetball courts. In 2007 Brian was named a US Lacrosse High School All-American and New Jersey Player of The Year.
