Final Report

The Final Report illustrates the research, conclusions, and recommendations of the three primary analyses conducted on the Fisk Corporate Headquarters project. The three major analyses involved project sequencing, an electrical distribution system redesign, and a LEED implementation. All three analyses sought to improve the project by either lowering initial project costs, shortening the project schedule, or adding value to the project through LEED. The analyses completed in this report are strictly for educational purposes and do not seek to criticize the Fisk Corporate Headquarters project.
