Technical Report 1 is an in-depth analysis of the current existing conditions of the project. The building's schedule, costs, systems, and site were investigated in an effort to gain familiarity with the overall project status. |

Technical Report 2 is an analysis of key features of the project that affect project execution. Evaluation of the project's detailed schedule, electrical system estimate, general conditions, BIM uses, and constructability challenges was completed in an effort to complete this analysis. |

Technical Report 3 is an analysis of areas of the project that are candidates for further research and evaluation. In order to isolate these areas, analysis of the project's LEED evaluation, potential schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering, and applications of critical industry issues were completed. |
