Final Report

The Final Report below presents the research, conclusions, and recommendations developed for the four analyses conducted on this Campus Project. These analyses involved a structural redesign from steel to concrete, a redivision of the concrete bid package, a exploration of workforce management techniques, and the development of a foreign worker safety plan. These analyses sought to improve the proejct and its delivery by reducing the overall cost, by creating space in the schedule, or by ensuring worker safety on site. All analyses were conducted for strictly educational purposes and do not mean to remark poorly on the project or its participants in any way. Below, the entire report can be accessed in PDF format, or the Executive Summary can be opened solely.
