TECHNICAL REPORTS


TECHNICAL REPORT 1:


This comprehensive report outlines the general project statistics, introduces the owner and contracted parties, describes the building systems, and looks at the projected cost and schedule. The report consists of an executive summary of the project as well as a short slideshow presentation.
 

TECHNICAL REPORT 2:


This report analyzes the key features and controls that affect the final outcome of the Solaire Wheaton design and construction project. The analyses include a detailed project schedule, detailed structural estimates and MEP assemblies estimates, an estimate of the construction manager's general conditions, site layout plans during several phases of construction, constructability challenges encountered on the project, as well as an evaluation and suggestion of building information modeling uses.





TECHNICAL REPORT 3:


This report aims to identify potential analyses to improve the design and construction of the Solaire Wheaton project. The means of identifying analyses opportunities are through an interview of the Project Manager assigned to the project, as well as attending the PACE Roundtable held on November 7, 2013.
