The goal of Technical Assignment 1, Construction Project Management is to began research and understanding the existing conditions and designs under which Crystal Plaza II is currently being constructed. Cost and Schedule Analysis

The goal of Technical Assignment 2 is to analyze key features of the project that affect project execution. Determination of important schedule attributes and the costs of a key building system are discussed in this report. The areas addressed are:

Alternative Methods Analysis

The goal of Technical Assignment 3 is to begin analyzing areas on the project that are good topics for research, alternative methods, value engineering, and schedule compression. The report is broken into two sections, the first an interview portion with current project team members, and the second is observations about the project, problem identification, and technical analysis methods
