Technical Report 1

Technical Report #1 provides background information
of the University of Pittsburgh's Chevron Annex. Also included
in this report is a project schedule, building systems summary,
cost evaluation, site plan, client information, existing conditions,
project delivery system and staffing plans

 

Technical Report 2

Technical Report #2 provides a more detailed analysis of the
schedule and costs involved with the Chevron Annex. Also included
in this report is a detailed structural systems estimate,
general conditions estimate, LEED evaluation and BIM
use evaluation.

 

Technical Report 3

Technical Report #3 analyzes what difficulties were
encountered by the project team during the Chevron Annex.
Areasof the project are identified that are good candidates
for research,alternative methods, value engineering
and schedule compression.
