Technical assignment 1 is intended to familiarize the viewer with the the general information described above. It includes information regarding the project schedule, building sytems, project costs, local conditions to the site, and client/owner information. Technical assignment 2 is intended to familiarize the viewer with aspects of the project concerning costs, and also methods of construction. This technical assignment contains a detailed project schedule, a site plan for the finish phase, an estimate for the roof assemlies, a detailed structural systems estimate, and finally an estimate of the general conditions of the project. The Capstone Project Electronic Portfolio (CPEP) is a web-based project and information center. It contains material produced for a year-long Senior Thesis Class. Its purpose, in addition to providing central storage of individual assignments, is to foster communication and collaboration between student, faculty consultant, course instructors, and industry consultants. This website is dedicated to the reasearch and analysis conducted via guidlines provided by the Department of Architectural Engineering.
