Technical Assignment I

Technical Report I is the first investigation of Building 1 at Bakery Square. The report is focused on construction management issues including, cost evaluation, schedule, project delivery and staffing, building systems, local conditions, and client information.

Technical Assignment II

Technical Report II is the second investigation of Building 1 at Bakery Square. The report is a more focused analysis of the cost and schedule for the project. Deliverables include a detailed project schedule, stie layout plans, detailed structural estimate, general conditions estimate, and a summary of critical industry issues from the PACE Roundtable Meeting.

Technical Assignment III

Technical Report III is the third investigation of Building 1 at Bakery Square. The report is focused on constructability issues for the senior thesis project as well as possible research topics for the thesis proposal. Anaylsis of the building include constructability challenges, schedule acceleration scenarios, value engineering topics, problem identification, and possible technical analysis methods.
