The main purpose of the Senior Thesis Final Report is to discuss the research, data, conclusions and recommendations conducted in the analysis of the Concordia Renovation Project. The areas of analyses aim to propose solutions in order to capitalize on schedule and cost reductions. The report covers four analyses areas; Consideration of Alternate BIM Uses, Re-Sequencing of Demolition Efforts, Prefabrication of MEP Systems and lastly the consideration of an Alternate Roofing System. The ideas presented in the Final Report are not intended to be a criticism to the project team, but rather to be used for educational purposes and are intended to be used as a benchmark for the AEC industry.
