Final Report

The Final Report includes the research, conclusions, and recommendations of the four primary analyses conducted on The Mary J. Drexel Assisted Living Additions Project. The four major analyses involved re-sequencing the project schedule, implementing a green roof to improve value engineering efforts, utilizing MEP prefabrication, and altering the project delivery method. All four analyses sought to improve the project by lowering initial project costs, reducing the schedule duration, or adding value to the project through the value engineering decisions that were made. The report is strictly for educational purposes and the analyses are not meant to criticize the already effective project.
