Technical Report 2 analyzes the key features of the project that affect project execution. Included in the report are analyses of the detailed project schedule, a detailed structural system estimate, assemblies estimates for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, construction site layout plans, a general conditions estimate, constructability challenges, and LEED Evaluation.
